Your presence at our wedding is gift enough! But if you wish to spend money on us, we’ve prepared a charitable registry, a honeymoon registry, as well as two more traditional gift registries. Personal gifts, or simply your good wishes, are just as welcome.

Donations to the Des Moines Area Hunger Hike

Every years, hundreds of Iowans walk a 5k in Des Moines to raise awareness and funds in the fight against hunger. This cause has a special place in our hearts, as many members of Andrew’s family have been key supporters of the hike over the years. Here are Andrew’s late grandparents, Lee and Margaret Couch, during a hike several years ago.

For those of you in the Des Moines area, we invite you to participate in the hike in lieu of a gift. Just follow this link for more information.

And although we will be honeymooning during the hike, donations can also be submitted in celebration of our marriage -- just visit the website above, click on the donate page, and name “the Dona-Couch family” as the hiker you are sponsoring. Funds will be distributed to several hunger organizations throughout the metropolitan Des Moines area.

We have also registered at REI (registry # 114498878) and Bed, Bath & Beyond (registry # 542401759). We also love secondhand gifts, so if you see that we have registered for an item but would like to get us a used version, please contact us; we can remove that item from the registry.
