Thank You
Everyone helped to make our wedding weekend amazing. We sincerely appreciate all the hard work and play that you contributed. Each of you brought something different to camp and together you made exactly the special community that we were hoping for. Thanks!
In case you missed the closing ceremonies, one of the awards we gave out was for Outstanding Volunteer. We couldn’t pick just one person to give it to since you all helped out so much, so in the end we decided to award it to every one of you. When you see another alum of Camp Dona-Couch, you are asked to hand off the traveling award pin to them, in the hopes that one day it makes its way around to everyone.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful vendors:
Of course you already know that the event was held at the beautiful Camp Friendship. The staff there were very helpful and accommodating all weekend. During the summer months they have an international summer camp with loads of fun activities (you already know a few of them), and in the off-season they’re available for your next event.
The reception dinner was catered by the fantastic NuVegan Café, formerly Woodlands Vegan Bistro. Now that you know how great their food is, you can go visit one of their two D.C. area locations to get that great mac & cheese and kale salads on the regular.
Our wedding photography was handled by the exceedingly creative Ben Frey. He was a joy to work with and we look forward to seeing the frames he captured from the ceremony and reception.
We were kept sane by the competent and organized Talia Rosen and her friend Lena. If you are looking for an event coordinator in the Charlottesville area we highly recommend contacting Talia.
The dance room lighting was rented from diyuplighting.com and the patio lights were from NoveltyLights.com.
Thanks again for all your help, smiles, and energy. You really made camp something special, and we can't thank you enough for that.
